Nominate your CLUBVIP guests for FuturePrint Valencia

You've been allocated a number of complimentary CLUBVIP places at FuturePrint Packaging, Labels & DTS Conference, taking place on 29–30 September at BaseOne, Valencia Marina, Spain.

These are personal invitations, designed to be extended to the customers, prospects and industry contacts you most want in the room. Each guest will receive an official CLUBVIP invitation referencing your company by name, giving them full complimentary access to the conference, all networking sessions, and hospitality throughout the event.

Please use the form below to submit your nominations. The deadline is 1st August 2026 and early submission is strongly encouraged, as guests will need time to arrange travel and accommodation.

What happens next

  1. We send your guest a personal CLUBVIP invitation

    Your guest will receive an official invitation by email, with your company name and your details included. You'll be copied in so you can see exactly what they receive.

  2. Your guest registers through the FuturePrint website

    The invitation includes a link to complete registration directly on the FuturePrint website. This takes just a few minutes and confirms their place. Their attendance is complimentary — no payment is required.

  3. We follow up if they haven't responded

    If your guest hasn't registered within a few days, our team will follow up by email, and by phone if a number has been provided, to answer any questions and help confirm their attendance.

  4. You're kept informed throughout

    Once your guest has registered, we'll let you know. You'll have visibility of who from your nominations has confirmed, so you can plan ahead for Valencia.

  • Early bird pricing is £495 + VAT. Thereafter, delegate pricing is £595 + VAT.

  • It includes the full two day conference programme, refreshments & networking dinner.

  • All bookings once confirmed are non-refundable; however, in the eventuality that a delegate cannot attend due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstances, it may be possible to transfer the delegate place to a colleague who may benefit from attending.

  • You are welcome to attend the conference for one day only, however the full two day delegate rate will still apply to your booking.

    Please note: The nearest airport is Valencia Airport - Carretera del Aeropuerto, s/n, 46940 Manises, Valencia, Spain. The airport is ca. 23km away from the venue and should take around 35mins via Autovía V-30.

    There is parking onsite, however this is subject to availability, so please let us know in advance.
